Why Rovol V® is not available for the European Union Countries anymore?

Although Rauwolfia vomitoria has been used for more than 40 years, the European Union has recently classified Rauwolfia vomitoria as a "novel food." The commercial distribution of dietary supplements containing Rauwolfia vomitoria is now no longer authorized in countries that are part of the European Union. However, it remains readily accessible in the United States and for countries outside the European Union. For the record, the reserpine-free Rauwolfia vomitoria extract was developed as early as the 1980s by Mirko Beljanski and has been the subject of numerous studies available on the website

Methods of Payment

The products are shipped after your payment is received. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are charged at the rates in effect at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for the fees applied by the banking institutions. Payments are made exclusively by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. The name and address used for the order must be those of the owner of the credit card. We do not accept bank transfers, checks (except checks issued in US dollars by a bank located in the United States) or money orders.

Your banking details are all encrypted and protected by Braintree using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Braintree offers Level 1 PCI compliance, the highest industry standard available. That means that your banking details do not circulate freely on the web and are never stored on the Maison Beljanski site.

Maison Beljanski is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipping can take place as soon as 24 hours after the order is processed. Shipping costs for all orders are the responsibility of the customer and are added to the price of the products.

What is the delivery time?
We send all our packages as quickly as possible. Packages are normally delivered during the day from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. The delivery time varies according to the destination and possible customs processing (not applicable for customers located in the USA or within the European Customs Union). For other destinations, Maison Beljanski® is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees that may be applied to international shipments. We kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error or orders seized by Customs.

How can I track my package?
For each shipment via FedEx, the carrier will send you by email or SMS with the tracking number of your package with an estimated delivery date. Please check your junk mail. You will be able to track your package via the FedEx website of the country of destination of your package. You can also track your package by logging into your Maison Beljanski Account (if you created one when you placed your order) by going to the "My Account" section.

What should I do if my order is late?
The delivery time of your order depends on the destination and possible customs controls. If you still have not received your order after the time mentioned on the carrier's website, we invite you to contact the carrier directly and schedule the delivery at a later date or at another address. In case of difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be able to assist you.

Is the ability to track my order online available in all countries?
Yes, for all FedEx shipments. Some destinations (Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro...) are served by PostNL for regular shipments.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
In order to guarantee the delivery of your package, you will be required to sign upon receipt.* If you are absent when the carrier arrives, you will be informed by a notice of passage (left in the mailbox and/or visible via a notification on the carrier's package tracking page). You will then have the possibility to contact the carrier to schedule a new delivery. *Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the carrier cannot guarantee the signature.

I can't be present at the time of delivery. Can I have my order delivered to a relay point?
For deliveries to the US, it is possible to request a delivery to a FedEx accredited drop-off point (see locations on For deliveries to metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal or Spain, it is also possible. The first delivery attempt will always take place at the address you provided, but if the first delivery was not successful, you can contact FedEx and indicate that you would like your package to be redistributed in a Mondial Relay point (more than 40,000 collection points). Before contacting them, make sure you have your 12-digit tracking number, as well as the address of the desired relay point (list available on the Mondial Relay website). Once confirmed by phone with your FedEx contact, your package will be redistributed within a few days. Once your package is available, you will receive a confirmation SMS from FedEx and the online status of your package will be displayed as "delivered". Your ID and a signature will be required. Please note that once your package is redirected to a relay point, you can no longer request a home delivery. This service is available at no extra cost.

Can I change my delivery address?
If you wish to change your delivery address, we invite you to contact the carrier directly and give them your tracking number. Please note that a change of address may delay the original delivery date and result in additional charges to you.

What should I do if the package is damaged during delivery?
Upon receipt, check the condition of the package and its contents. If something is wrong, please contact our New York customer service immediately by phone or email, specifying the type of damage (breakage, tear, deep scratches, deformation, denting, humidity, etc.), so that they can open an investigation with the sender. Remember to keep your package and its packaging and take pictures of the package received (closed and opened) as well as the damaged products.

Where is my Package?

All you need to locate your FedEx package is a tracking number or a reference number. You can also track by using a FedEx Office order number or the number found on your door tag.

To see where your package is, use one of the options below:

1. Visit and track your shipment online
2. Download the FedEx® Mobile App and receive updates about where your package is while you're on the go
3. Log in to FedEx® Tracking with your user ID and password


When you receive your order, please check to make sure it is in good condition (i.e., not damaged or defective) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
You may return any item shipped by Maison Beljanski as long as the return meets the following conditions:

* We have received notification (by phone, fax or e-mail) within 14 days of receipt of the product. It is new, in its original packaging and unopened.

* Upon receiving your notification of a return, we will issue you a return code that must be included in your return shipment, and you will also receive return shipping instructions that must be followed.

* Returned items must be shipped to Maison Beljanski by certified mail that includes a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to send us a confirmation when a returned order has been shipped, and to include this tracking number in the confirmation.

* We must receive the returned item in new condition as stated above within 30 days of purchase. Special sale items are considered final and orders cannot be returned or exchanged

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for all costs of shipping, handling and possible taxes/duties of returned items.

All properly returned orders will be fully reimbursed, less a banking fee of 7% to cover credit card processing, plus $/€ 5 per item for handling and restocking processing.

If MAISON BELJANSKI ships the wrong product you must follow the return conditions stated above and your order will be replaced at no extra charge.
