How To Feel Better Naturally This Summer In Your Backyard

The summer of 2021 has the world filled with hope, anticipation and excitement as more and more people are coming out of confinement and life is beginning to get back to “normal.” As always, the team at Maison Beljanski/Natural Source International is here to support, help and answer any questions you may have on how to Feel Better Naturally this summer. Our goal is to continue to provide you with the information you need to be healthy, even if sometimes the information comes across as uncomfortable or controversial. No sugar coating here, you deserve to know the truth, and by the way, sugar is bad for you.

So, we are turning our backs to pandemic life, we are longing for backyard fun and with the return of the warm weather, we will finally have the opportunity to get outside and expose ourselves to the sun. The urge to enjoy it a little too much will probably be present for some and skin cancers will become an issue that we will unfortunately discuss a lot in the upcoming months.

A little bit of sun will do wonders for your morale and your vitamin D level, but don’t let it burn you! With 2 million new cases per year in the USA, skin cancer is one of the most common cancers and as such cannot be ignored. Even if you stay in your backyard, go easy with the sun and choose a natural (not chemical) sunscreen (meaning read the label and stay away from ingredients such as octocrylene). This molecule tends to change over time or with heat. It degrades and turns into another molecule called benzophenone, which is a carcinogen. Instead choose Zinc oxide or Titanium dioxide, which offer natural protection and are now offered in colored tints. But little sun will mean little vitamin D. Unless you go to the beach on a daily basis and don’t use sunscreen, supplementing your diet with natural vitamin D3 may be the best way to avoid deficiency. And vitamin D3 deficiency is linked to increased cancer risks and a lower immune system when facing viruses.

The biggest backyard no-no? Abusing the barbecue.

Eating charred, smoked and well-done meat, especially processed meats, could raise your risk of colorectal cancer according to numerous studies. Use your barbecue to grill vegetables instead!

You don’t like to eat your veggies? Drink them!

Recipe For Health® is a tasty green superfood cocktail that combines organic greens, fresh fruits, antioxidants, enzymes and probiotics designed to help energize your body and supplement your daily nutritional needs. Try 1 packet a day for 21 days and feel the difference in your body!

And if you feel adventurous and want a naughty twist to make the summer more memorable, here is our exclusive cocktail recipe, "The Beljanski", the social version of a healthy detox:

* 150ml Recipe for Health / 10 Mint Leaves
* 4 Shakes Tabasco / 1⁄2 Lime / 50ml Dark Rum

Do you crave adventure and want to escape the limits of your backyard?

“Winning The War On Cancer: The Epic Journey Towards a Natural Cure” is an award winning book, voted by Winston Wise magazine as a summer “must read”. A true story about a scientist’s fight for the truth in the face of money, politics and power. An easy read that delivers ground-breaking information to everybody concerned with cancer, whether a current cancer patient or a caregiver, a survivor, a researcher or a physician.

100% of author Sylvie Beljanski's proceeds will be donated to The Beljanski Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, to help fund anticancer research to cure cancer the natural way.
