Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take up to 10 capsules per day with a glass of water, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

I suffer from a " suspecious " thyroid tumor. Ten years ago I was scheduled for a complete removal of the thyroid, as they feared it could be cancerous. I refused and started my own alternative treatment.
I started Womabel 2 years ago, 4 capsules a day, as I weigh 87 pounds. Right from the start I felt reassured by a feeling of being stronger, able to face more of anything.
